John E. Miller
John E. Miller received a B.A. from the University of Illinois in 1971 and a J.D. from the University of Illinois in 1974. He joined the firm known as Besse, Frye, Arnold & Brooks in 1974 and has been with the firm ever since. He has been involved in a number of community organizations serving as a board member and officer. He is currently a member of the City of Sterling Police Pension Board, the Sterling-Rock Falls Community Trust Board of Trustees, and the Whiteside County and Illinois State Bar Associations. He practices in the areas of Estates, Wills and Trusts, Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Business Organizations and Business Law.
Michael A. Lancaster
Michael A. Lancaster received a B.A. cum laude from Augustana College in 1978 and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University in 1981. His community involvement has included participation in church and charitable activities with a number of local charities, including the Sterling – Rock Falls Day Care Agency and community development groups. He is a member of the Whiteside County and Illinois State Bar Associations. He practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Matrimonial and Family Law, Civil Litigation and Criminal Defense.
